R-112524 Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence. What You’ll Do Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs. Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain smooth clinic flow (generally 4-5 patients per hour). Perform digital blocks and regional anesthesia; start IV fluids and perform minor surgical procedures such as wound closure, foreign body removal, and closed reductions of simple fractures or dislocations of fingers/toes, including nursemaid’s elbow reductions. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, bursae, and cysts. Apply and modify braces, splints, and other orthopedic appliances. Review and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results while on shift. Qualifications Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license. Requirements Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT certification required before start date; company will cover course and exam fees. BLS and/or ACLS certification required, obtained before first day. Minimum 2 years of experience in ER, urgent care, or similar setting. Ability to work two full weekends per month (required for full‑time clinicians). Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times. Availability to work in other clinic locations and some holidays as needed (preferred). Compensation Hourly Base Rate: $69.75 - $97.00 Part‑Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): Base: $72,540 - $100,880 With productivity bonus: $79,069 - $109,959 Full‑Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): Base: $108,810 - $151,320 With productivity bonus: $128,396 - $178,558 Compensation offers include an hourly rate plus a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
