Job Summary
Strike 10 Bowling is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Bartender to provide excellent service in our fast-paced entertainment venue. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, preparing quality beverages, and working efficiently during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take drink orders from guests and servers.
- Verify IDs and comply with all Florida alcohol laws.
- Accurately process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Slice fruit and prepare garnishes.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies.
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding guest service.
- Follow all health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida certification to serve alcohol (or ability to obtain one).
- At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
