Advanas Foot and Ankle Specialists is a Podiatry office with 3 Physicians and 5 locations, currently serving South West Michigan and North East Indiana.

We are looking for a dedicated employee to assist our patients in the Call Center & Reception area with scheduling appointments, medical documentation, preparing paperwork, scanning paperwork, answering telephones and other various responsibilities associated with the Call Center & Reception of our Podiatry offices.
The applicant for this position should have strong customer service, communication, computer (typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) and organizational skills. And also shows great adaptability skills.
This position WILL require traveling. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness and eagerness to learn. We provide in-house training and uniform/scrub reimbursement after 90 days of employment.
This position is full-time. Retiree's welcome and encouraged to apply.
