Inventory Specialist

Role An Inventory Specialist supports pharmacy operations by managing inventory, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, and promoting service excellence. Responsibilities Follow SOPs, oversee inventory activities, conduct cycle counts, and maintain inventory standards. Assist with prescription processing, deliver compassionate patient care, and support immunizations and health services where permitted. Lead by example, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies to safeguard patient safety and privacy. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months Pharmacy Technician experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant licensure/certification as required by state law. Strong attention to detail, communication, math, problem-solving, and physical stamina. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for store needs. Preferred: national certification and 1-3 years experience. Key Duties Manage inventory, support pharmacy workflows, provide caring patient interactions, and assist in health services delivery.
