Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with members and addressing their needs.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth caf operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing food and beverages.

Requirements:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Passion for health and fitness is a plus!
• Must be at least 18 years old.
