An established, high-volume casual dining brand in Palm Desert is seeking a proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to drive operational excellence across both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) shifts.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage daily floor operations, direct line productivity, lead team development, and maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and food quality. This role is designed as a direct pipeline to a General Manager position within our expanding regional footprint.

What We Seek:

• 2+ years of management or shift leadership experience within high-volume casual or polished-casual restaurants (handling $3M+ annual sales volume).
• Practical experience leading both FOH floor teams and BOH line operations during peak meal periods.
• Working knowledge of P&L management, labor scheduling models, food cost control, and inventory systems.
• Must reside in or commute to the Palm Desert, CA area (no relocation assistance provided).
