The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!

We are looking for a Part-Time or 1099 healthcare provider for a position requiring two days of work each week at our Kingston Court Center in York, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience necessary.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $56 to $58, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. About Us

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This role is essential in helping our organization fulfill its mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Advanced Practice Provider position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant (PA) must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state in which they operate.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range

Posted Salary Range: USD $56.00 - USD $58.00 per hour.
