Job Details Requisition #: 668400 Location: Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, Bradenton, FL 34201 Category: Nursing Support/Patient Care Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Limited Position Details 24 hours/week; benefitted 12‑hour shift 7:00 am – 7:30 pm Work Location: IMG Academy, 5650 Bollettieri Blvd, Bradenton, 34210 Requires driving patients to appointments; clean driving record required and comfort driving boarding students to St. Petersburg. Position Summary The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs direct patient care tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse and performs various tasks as competency documentation designates. Work occasionally requires internal contacts outside the work group to exchange relevant information. Communication with external contacts involves providing or giving factual information. Education & Experience High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma. One year of clinical experience is required or successful completion of the intern program. Qualifications CNA certification, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent. Nursing student or LPN who has completed fundamental nursing skills coursework. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. BLS certification provided by AHA. Salary Range Minimum $17.00/hour – Maximum $17.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
