Sports Book Designer & Spanish Translator

Freelance Bilingual Book Designer / Production Artist Spanish Football Cards, 1905-1939 We are creating an illustrated bilingual book introducing collectors to Spanish football/soccer cards from approximately 1905-1939. We are looking for a freelancer to help translate, design, and produce the book over an approximately 2-month project period. The book will use a consistent two-page format: the left page will feature large images of the cards and related historical material, while the right page will feature English text on the top and the original Spanish text on the bottom. Ideal Applicant Fluent in Spanish and English A genuine football/soccer fan Strong Adobe Photoshop skills Strong book/page layout and typography skills Experience with Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar software Comfortable working with vintage images and historical documents Detail-oriented and able to maintain a consistent design throughout a book Experience with sports cards, football history, museum catalogs, or collectible books is a plus, but not required. Project The goal is to create a beautiful, museum-quality reference book rather than a traditional sports-card price guide.
