Collaborative Therapies is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing team of school-based clinicians. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate, assess, and treat students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional performance needs that impact their educational success. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized intervention plans that support meaningful educational outcomes.

This position offers the opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels and educational settings.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) related to occupational therapy services.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in individual and group settings.

• Assess student progress and modify intervention plans based on data and clinical outcomes.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and related service providers to support student success.

• Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and classroom strategies that enhance student participation and independence.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.

• Educate families and school personnel on strategies that support student participation across educational environments.

• Maintain compliance with all ethical, professional, and licensing standards.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care.

• Previous experience in a school-based setting.

• Experience working with students with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and neurological needs.

• Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation.

Assignments may include:

• Full-Time or Part-Time positions

• Specialized educational programs
