Warehouse and Assembly - Pay Rate - $18/hr.


This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.


Integrity Trade Services is hiring for Warehouse & Assembly for our manufacturing client to start at $18/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!


Responsibilities:


Will be responsible for a wide range of manufacturing and logistics functions to ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods.

• Produce finished goods via pouching components from raw materials while utilizing PI sheets

• Perform verifications to ensure accuracy and quality of all pouched products.

• Assemble kits using finished good materials while utilizing PI sheets

• Ensure accuracy and quality of all kitted products.

• Utilize the warehouse management system to locate specific material bin locations and batches and verify inventory levels.

• Maintain picking accuracy of 97%

• Maintain consistent disbursement of picked orders to packing staging area

• Manual picking may sometimes be required.

• Perform cycle counts and product labeling

• Pack orders using Ship Exec software and place orders in shipping

Location: Alsip, IL


Schedule/Shift Details:

• 1st shift - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED (will need to provide)

• Must be able to climb stairs throughout the day

• Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 25 lbs. And occasionally push or pull up to 40 lbs.

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
