IQ (Install) Technician

Entry Level IQ Technicians Responsibilities Performs on-site installations of support equipment for semiconductor equipment Includes installation of pumps, chillers and abatement units with hardware piping and some electrical Maintains records and reports as required Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property, tools, etc. Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s) Entry Level IQ Technicians Qualifications: 0+ year previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment Excellent customer interface skills is required An understanding of electricity and experience with use for a digital multimeter is required Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools Thorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required High School Diploma Must be willing to work a compressed work week (10% night shift differential applies if a night shift) MSR-FSR is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.

Additional remarks regarding work environment: Chemical hazards are primarily mitigated through engineering controls, but some uncontrolled chemicals from incidental spills requiring cleanup evaluation may require use of respirator and other PPE. You must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
