Represents Quality function in Program IPT (Integrated Program Team).Airbus Quality Leadership• Serve as the senior Safran Cabin Quality interface to Airbus FAL Quality & Operations• Own customer perception, trust and satisfaction• Lead communication on:o Performance and KPIso Non-conformities and quality escapes (NOE/QSR)o Root causes and 8Do Corrective and preventive actions• Represent Safran Cabin in performance reviews and escalationsEnd-to-End Quality Performance Ownership• Accountable for Program quality results:o Reduction of FAL findingso Elimination of recurrenceo Improvement of Airbus operational satisfaction• Ensure all deliverables are robust, consistent and credible before customer exposure• Act as single voice of quality towards the customerCustomer Voice & Deliverables Governance• Capture and structure Airbus Voice of Customer and FAL findings• Ensure:o Proper prioritization and clarity of issueso High-quality defect characterization• Validate all outputs coming from execution teams:o KPIso 8D / root cause analyseso Action plans and closure evidence• Guarantee compliance with Safran and Airbus standardsContribution to Customer FAL Safran Site Manufacturing Feedback Loop Performance• Act as the customer-side driver of the feedback loop between Airbus and our Chihuahua (CUU) location• Ensure alignment between:o Customer expectationso Delivered analyses and actions• Bring continuous feedback on:o Responsivenesso Robustness of solutionso Effectiveness of closure• Support the transition from reactive problem-solving to defect preventionSuccess Metrics• Significant reduction of Airbus FAL findings (volume & recurrence)• Improved Airbus Quality & Operations satisfaction• High acceptance and robustness of 8D and corrective actions• Measurable improvement of Safran Cabin reputation within Airbus• Effective alignment between customer expectations and CUU execution performanceStakeholder management & representation:• Direct line management of 1 Program Quality Engineer based in Toulouse (KPIs, reporting, follow-up) and doted line management of CUU External Quality• Functional interaction with:o CUU Quality and Operations teamso Engineering and support functionso Airbus FAL Quality & Operations stakeholderso Program IPT membersReporting to the Quality, Continuous Improvement & Risk Executive VP at Safran Cabin, you will be responsible to flow down customer program quality requirements into the organization, ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Engineering, Business, or Materials Management preferred.Experience: 10+ years in quality/Program/operations, with at least 5 years leading multi-site or customer quality functions, preferably in the aerospace sector.Computer Skills: Proficient in tools for KPI tracking, reporting, root cause analysis, and data-driven quality improvement.Other Skills: Expertise in control plans, standards of inspection, nonconformity flows, and production quality KPIs.Strong project management, negotiation, and communication abilities.Ability to drive change, align multiple stakeholders, and improve operational performance.Fluent English required; fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset.Preferred Skills: Experience with multicultural, matrix organizations.Familiarity with Safran and Airbus quality standards.Leadership in complex, high-pressure environments.But what else?
