Hematology/Oncology Physician - $100K Sign-On Bonus

Location: Davenport, Iowa (Quad Cities Region)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | W-2

Schedule: Shared Call | Inpatient & Outpatient Mix

Position Overview:

Join a thriving, community-based oncology program as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist . Be part of a well-established team of 4 physicians and 2 NPs offering comprehensive, state-of-the-art cancer care with full hospitalist support and access to genetic testing, infusion services, and clinical trials.

Practice Details:

Outpatient Clinics: Davenport & Clinton, IA

Inpatient Consults: Genesis Medical Center - Davenport

Call Schedule: Shared among group members

Support:

• Full-time hospitalist coverage for inpatients
• Collaborative, physician-led practice model
• Emphasis on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance

Candidate Requirements (All Required):
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in both Hematology & Medical Oncology
• Must be Board Certified within 1 year of hire
• Active (or willing to obtain) IA & IL medical licenses
• DEA & Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS)

Compensation & Benefits:

Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Salary: Competitive 2-year base salary guarantee, followed by wRVU-based model

Loan Repayment: Negotiable

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Time Off:

• 4 weeks PTO
• 6 paid holidays
