Urology Physician Opportunity Suburb of Albany, NY High Earning Potential Robotics Flexible Schedule Medical Director Option

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving, well-supported community hospital located just outside Albany, New York. The Opportunity

Join a well-established urology team within a 100-bed independent community hospital that is actively growing and supported by strong administrative leadership and ACO partnerships.

Current team includes:

• 1 Urologist
• 1 Urological Oncologist
• 1 Nurse Practitioner

This structure provides strong clinical support while maintaining physician autonomy and high procedural volume.

Clinical & Surgical Practice

This position offers a balanced mix of clinic, OR, and procedural work with excellent flexibility and access to modern surgical technology:

• Da Vinci Xi robotic system available
• Dedicated OR time: 0.5-1.5 days per week (flexible scheduling)
• In-office procedure room attached to hospital
• Clinic schedule: approximately 3.5 days per week
• Average volume: 20-25 patients/day (with higher-volume opportunities available)
• Strong support staff and NP collaboration

Call & Schedule

• 1:4 call rotation
• Option to increase call for additional compensation
• Flexible scheduling structure supporting strong work-life balance and autonomy

Compensation & Financial Package

Highly competitive compensation model designed to reward productivity and flexibility:

• Base salary + 5% annual quality bonus
• wRVU-based production model with potential earnings over $800,000
• Additional call compensation beyond 1:4 coverage
• $7,500 annual NP supervision stipend
• Medical Director opportunity with additional stipend (optional)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Student loan forgiveness available
• Paid CME allowance
• Full benefits package including retirement plan with employer match
• 6 weeks PTO + holidays
