This role is truly the heartbeat of the store-serving as the central link between our equipment, our operations, and the customers who depend on us every day.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with one of the fastest-growing equipment rental companies in the U.S., this is your opportunity.What You'll DoAs an Counter/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers while providing essential sales and operational support.Compensation: hourly + bonus programYour day will include:Answering incoming calls, reservations, and dispatch requestsEngaging customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly mannerWalking the yard daily to stay familiar with equipment availability, condition, and repair statusUnderstanding customer needs and recommending the safest, most suitable equipmentNegotiating rental rates to maximize profitability and market shareLoading and unloading equipment as neededMaintaining accurate rental transactions and inventory countsCommunicating closely with shop staff on repairs and rent-ready prioritiesKeeping the counter, showroom, and yard clean and organizedSupporting store organization, snow removal, and seasonal operationsFollowing all safety guidelines and company proceduresPerforming additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForTop candidates will bring:Customer Service AND customer relationship buidling and customer problem solving experience in construction, vehicle parts, fleet, equipment (or related) environments. Professional appearance with safety AND customer-first attitudeKnowledge of the local area, terrain, and service area (preferred)Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasksClean driving recordGeneral computer proficiencyExperience working in equipment rental industry preferred and/or construction environment, and operating or working around heavy and small equipment.Fluency in Spanish is PREFERREDYou'll also be:A motivated, reliable team playerComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionAdaptable in fast-paced outdoor and retail environmentsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the dayAbility to lift up to 75 lbs occasionallyWillingness to work in harsh weather and varying outdoor conditionsWillingness to work overtime when requiredAbout UsREIC Rentals, a nationally recognized leader in specialty and general equipment rentals.
