Product Manager - UHP Gas Delivery (Semiconductor) in Fremont

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background in UHP Gas Delivery Products , with emphasis on diaphragm valves and pressure regulators . This role will lead the product lifecycle from concept through manufacturing and market launch. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a self-starter and independent thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, engineering-driven environment. Candidates without semiconductor industry experience need not apply. Key Responsibilities Own the full product lifecycle: concept, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and suppliers Define product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning Translate customer requirements into technical product specifications Drive design reviews, testing, validation, and qualification processes Support sales with technical expertise, training, and key customer engagement Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry Strong technical background in UHP gas delivery components Direct experience with diaphragm valves and/or pressure regulators Experience leading design and manufacturing programs Leadership Traits Own the full product lifecycle: concept to launch and continuous improvement Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and sales Translate customer needs into technical product specifications Drive design reviews, testing, qualification, and supplier collaboration Support sales with technical expertise Improve product performance, cost, and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
