RN/LPNColonial Manor, a 37 bed skilled facility in Lakefield is looking for compassionate and caring licensed nurses to join our team. Position requirements include part time days, part time evenings, every other weekend, and holiday shifts. Qualifications include being licensed as an RN or LPN within the state of Minnesota, coordinating and delivering resident care to achieve optimum quality, ensuring the safety of residents and staff, and completing all duties and responsibilities of staff during assigned shifts. Additional responsibilities include performing weekly charting and vital signs as scheduled, preparing and transcribing physician orders, assisting with physician rounds to coordinate care, and other duties as assigned.
