We’re seeking a top‑notch professional with at least five years of experience to join our team and work on complex five‑axis parts for critical aerospace applications. What You’ll Do: Program and Operate: Work with full five‑axis CNC machines, robotic pallet systems, probing, laser offsetting, and tool breakage detection. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards for human flight‑critical aerospace parts, adhering to AS9100 requirements. Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to Detail: Be thorough and observant with a keen eye for detail to maintain our reputation for delivering quality products on time. Job Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in 5‑axis CNC programming/machining with horizontal and vertical mills (lathe experience is a plus). Tooling and Work Holding: Identify and procure effective solutions. CAD Proficiency: Work with Solid Modelling CAD programs for file inspection and modification. Precision Machining: Machine complex components to tight tolerances under tight deadlines. Engineering Knowledge: Understand engineering drawings, documents, and GD&T. Measurement Tools: Use calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and have basic CMM familiarity. CAM Software: Knowledge of multiple CAM software programs; experience with Surfcam, NX, and HSMWorks is a plus. Fixture Design: Experience in fixture design and process engineering is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Desired Characteristics: Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail. Quality Systems: Experience with international quality systems like ISO 9001 or AS9100. ERP Systems: Strong working knowledge. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
