As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment. Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager will include: Driving productivity and team performance Leading by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Supporting, guiding, and developing your team to achieve excellence Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Production Director Ensuring the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager: We’re seeking a hands‑on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards.
