Sales Customer Service Representative

The Sales Customer Service Representative position is responsible for sales of the company's products and services. They work within their designated territory, develop strong client associations and act as the go-to resource. Responsibilities: Develops sales strategies for company products and services associated with designated customers/area. Assists customers with product selection based on needs, product specifications, and regulations. Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities, via telephone calls and/or visiting potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations. Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customer needs and educates customer and sales team on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Completes job walks and provides quotations/bids. Coordinates efforts with other internal departments (Parts, Service, Sales, Accounting) to process purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and establish new accounts. Follows up and responds to customer inquiries/needs and provides positive, courteous service answering questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, customer service, and credit terms. Complies with all company regulations and polices. Maintains accurate and current customer profiles. Provides briefings and reports on sales activities, challenges, forecasts, etc., to management, as necessary or requested. All other duties as required. Education/ Training: High School graduate or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred. Familiar and comfortable with the sales process. Clean and current Driver's license (MVR check) in the applying State. Experience: 2-3 Years of sales experience, preferably in a material handling/supply chain capacity, preferred.
