Site Supervisor Location: Morrisville, NC Job Id: 664 # of Openings: 0 Pay: $19.00 / hour Competitive pay, part-time/full-time employment, and health benefits when eligible. Position Responsibilities: Create a consistent flow of communication from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks. Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location. Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards. Coach and mentor new employees. Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks directed. Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA’s when needed to fulfill customer needs. Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed. Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally. Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely. Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Applicant must meet the minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record. Prior driving experience required.
