Job Title: Product Designer - Senior Associate
Location: Richmond, VA
Type: Full time
We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can turn complex challenges into intuitive, impactful experiences. As a Product Designer, you’ll combine design expertise, customer insights, and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply expertise in interaction, visual, and service design to create journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
- Use research insights, data, and creative problem-solving to craft customer-centered solutions
- Balance business needs with user experience goals to deliver effective products
- Collaborate closely with product, tech, and business teams to align vision and execution
- Present design decisions clearly to diverse audiences with supporting evidence
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing process, results, and impact
Preferred:
- Experience working with design systems
- Background in regulated, data-heavy environments
- Track record of building strong partnerships across disciplines
