About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team, driving scalable growth through the integration of financial forecasting, data insights, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial and operational architecture of the company, particularly in the context of a high-growth SaaS environment. The VP of FP&A will be responsible for comprehensive planning and forecasting, developing and presenting sophisticated reporting packages, and evaluating the financial viability of various strategic initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to lead teams in data infrastructure, advanced modeling, and predictive analytics, as well as to contribute to global procurement strategy and ensure the implementation of scalable workflows that align with the company's growth trajectory. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA, Master's degree, or CPA. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS subscription models, revenue recognition, and operational KPIs, as well as expert proficiency in corporate planning platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and analytics tools. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
