Overview:

We seek a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician for our 130-unit, 4-story luxury apartment complex. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of experience as a multifamily technician. In addition:

Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, including complete system replacement and electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance
Complete work orders
Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call)
Turn vacant units
Assist with maintaining the grounds
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly

Licenses:

EPA (Required)
HVAC (Required)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
