Fox's Lounge is a beloved South Miami staplepart neighborhood bar, part retro supper club. We pride ourselves on great hospitality, solid cocktails, and a menu that combines classic charm with casual comfort. We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Dishwasher / Steward is an essential member of our back-of-house team. You'll be responsible for keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a tight-knit, supportive team.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently
• Clean kitchen equipment such as coffee makers, mixers, and prep tools
• Sweep and mop all kitchen and back-of-house floors regularly, especially after spills or breakage
• Clean and restock kitchen stations for the next shift
• Clean and maintain employee and guest restrooms throughout shift
• Take out trash, replace liners, and rinse garbage cans
• Unload and properly store food and supply deliveries
• Assist with general cleaning duties as needed, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning storage areas, etc.
• Support other kitchen staff as directed
• Report any accidents, hazards, or violations of food safety standards to management
