Intermountain is expanding and we're hiring! We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, purpose-driven, and dedicated person to join our team as our Residential Case Manager . - Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child's treatment plan and agency philosophy.
- Serves as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process.
- Leads and coordinates aspects of the treatment process, including referrals, assessments, intakes, admissions, and discharges.
- Provides guidance and support to families, including referrals to parent education and training resources
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in social science or closely related field or equivalent experience.
- 19 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Competitive Salary starting at $22.00 - $25.00 per hour or DOE
