Sr. Office Specialist I

Sr. Office Specialist I
Duties: Answer phones, type on a PC, filing, and other clerical duties as necessary. Must be able to work proficiently in Word, Access, and/or Excel. Work in computer databases required.
Qualifications: Two year degree in secretarial science or related field OR graduation from high school or equivalency and 2 years clerical experience which shall have involved typing. Excellent phone skills necessary. PC experience – Microsoft Office required. Must be able to track multiple projects.
Location: Madison-Oneida BOCES, Middle Level Programs, Alternative Education Bldg & TriPlexus
Term of Employment: 12 Month Position
Salary: Based on the contract, depending on background and experience
Starting Date: June 2026
