Position Details Full‑time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5‑day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time. Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage. Collaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists. Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off. Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on‑site clinic manager. Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice. Use of EPIC electronic health record. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year. Eligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well‑being. Compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements Must be board‑certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO). Be licensed in the State of California. Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
