Associate Data Scientist

Salary: $90,200 - 130,850 per year

Requirements:

Experience working with large, real-world datasets, including cleaning, merging, exploring, and diagnosing data issues. Strong grounding in econometrics, statistics, machine learning, and other data analysis methods. Proficiency in programming languages and analytical applications such as Python and R. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across business lines. Experience using AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of quantitative projects, along with curiosity and openness to new tools and methods. Education or experience in a relevant field such as finance or economics; knowledge of credit risk, private credit, or structured finance is an advantage. Adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to move between projects and subject areas and learn new domains quickly. Bachelors degree required, with relevant coursework or experience in asset management, banking, or a related discipline. Responsibilities:

Support quantitative modeling, research, solution development, and our Asset Management Sales and Customer Success teams. Help enhance and maintain existing quantitative modeling solutions; collaborate with research teams across business units on new solutions, research, and content such as articles, blogs, and white papers. Contribute to new models and solutions for the asset management sector using our proprietary data and external financial and economic data. Support our Asset Management Sales and Customer Success teams by delivering proof-of-concept projects, developing collateral, and serving as an internal knowledge resource. Work in person at our 7 World Trade Center offices at least once per week, on a schedule to be determined. Technologies:
