Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Surgical Technologist at the University of Tennesee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Position Highlights Opportunity to care for Military Families Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts On call: begins Friday at 18:30 and ends Monday at 06:30. One weekend per month. If called in must report within 30 minutes. Job Requirements Experience: One year of experience as a Surgical Technician or Operating Room Technician after graduation. Education: Graduate from CAAHEP - Surgical Technology program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs ABHES - Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools Completion of a formal training program provided by any U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) for surgical technicians, surgical technologists or operating room technicians.
