Critical Care Nurse in Naperville, IL
$26.59 - $50 per hourSoliant Health
An opportunity is available for a skilled RN with experience in Intensive Care to provide vital patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role ensures critically ill patients receive comprehensive monitoring and support as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The assignment offers a chance to deliver high-acuity nursing for a set contract duration.
Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts and hours will align with assignment requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in an ICU environment
- Proficient with ventilators, life support equipment, and electronic medical records
- BLS and ACLS certification (current)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Care for patients with life-threatening conditions, closely monitoring and documenting changes
- Perform frequent assessments and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and specialized therapies accurately
- Communicate promptly with physicians, patients, and families regarding care status
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative care environment
