Call Center Representative

Summary:

As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role fostering collaborative relationships between customers and dealerships and assisting in resolving payment issues effectively and efficiently.

Compensation: $16.00 an hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with Customers and foster collaboration between Customers and Dealership regarding their accounts.
Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure communication adheres to company standards, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
Respond to incoming text messages or calls from customers regarding payments and provide appropriate resolutions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or dealership operations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
