Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)Pueblo, Colorado, United StatesThe Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for protocol modifications on skill programs and behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for children with autism spectrum disorder. This role serves as the bridge between treatment plans and direct implementation, ensuring all interventions meet specified clinical standards and achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients.Compensation and Benefit Information:$58,000-$73,000/yearMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k) with company matchingTenure-based PTO that grows with youLife and disability insuranceEmployee referral programEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct protocol modification on individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAsProvide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settingsCollect and analyze behavioral data to track client progressConduct skill assessments and functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervisionImplement behavior management strategies and skill acquisition programsTrain and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality interventionsDocument client progress and maintain accurate session notesCollaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environmentsParticipate in treatment planning meetings and provide input on client programmingAssist with parent training and supportMaintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices in autism treatmentUphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with industry regulationsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Required:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work, behavior analysis)Current BCaBA certification, or requiring only 100 hours of fieldwork to testExperience providing ABA therapy to children with autismStrong data collection and analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentPassion for working with children and making a lasting impactAttention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred:Working toward BCBA certificationExperience in a clinic-based settingBackground in working with various age groups and functioning levelsKnowledge of various assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)Experience in training and supervising staffSchedule and Location:Monday – Friday: 40 hours/weekPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesAt Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!).
