Physical Therapist Assistant
Hourly Rate: $24.00- $30.72 USD

About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions
Conducting exercises, therapies, and activities with patients
Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the physical therapist
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Participating in patient education and rehabilitation programs
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant; experience in a long-term care setting a plus
Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or willingness to obtain upon hire
