Senior Quality Technician

Abbott seeks a Senior Quality Technician to provide technical support for manufacturing operations in cardiac rhythm management. The role involves implementing corrective and preventive actions, analyzing production data, and supporting process improvements and new product introductions.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze manufacturing data to identify issues, trends, and systemic problems
Determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing issues
Support process improvements through research, validation, and implementation of equipment and method changes
Assist with new product introductions by defining inspection requirements and statistical process control criteria
Train operators on processes and perform certification testing for engineering changes

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 6 years of related quality or manufacturing experience
Advanced knowledge of complex technical concepts and statistical analysis
Proficiency with numerical data analysis and computer software programs
Understanding of product fundamentals and cross-functional systems
Ability to work in regulated quality system environment

Compensation: $23.55–$47.15/hour
