About the Job: You will support the leasing department and develop the skills necessary to become a successful leasing officer. These include: Creating and fostering new client and brokerage relationships Negotiating leases Developing sales leads, cold calls, and referral opportunities About You: This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for a person with: An undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a closely related field Excellent written and oral communication skills A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person A verifiable history of personal accomplishment Proven ability to drive demanding challenges to optimal conclusions A commitment to team goals and orientations Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but NOT required.
