Lead Maintenance Technician — Onsite Housing for 140-Unit

National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for our 140-unit residential apartment community in Plano, TX. In this on-site role, you will oversee maintenance tasks, manage a small staff, and ensure all systems run efficiently. You will be responsible for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing upkeep, perform installations, and coordinate with the Property Manager on budgeting and project bids.
