Retail Manager & Sales Associates

Overview JAYNE is a fashion-forward women’s clothing/footwear/accessory boutique with 6 (soon to be 7!) locations across Chicagoland. We are hiring for a full-time management position. We are looking for candidates that will provide amazing customer service, motivate and manage staff effectively, have an eye for merchandising, and love working for a local business. Responsibilities Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) Additional managerial duties as needed Requirements Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Availability on most weekends required Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Salary: From $47,000.00 per year 401(k) matching Health insurance 3‑5 years Weekly Day Range Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr JAYNE
