Shipper & Receiver
Hiring Now – Immediate need for new Shipper & Receiver JELD-WEN is a leading global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-performance interior and exterior doors, windows and related building products serving the new construction and repair and remodeling sectors. Depending on assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties:
- Inspect incoming loads
- Check shipping documents for correct customer information
- Operating propane and electric forklift vehicles ("hi-lo")
- Perform start of shift preventative maintenance inspection
- Load semi-trucks and box trucks with required finished product
- Assist in inventory cycle counts as needed
- Material preparation and material handling
- Staging and packaging finished product for delivery
- Other general warehouse duties as needed
- Overtime as needed to satisfy customer demands
Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
