Relocation assistance: No relocation assistance available Clearance required for start: Yes Clearance type: Top Secret Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 Position: 100% onsite in Aurora, CO. The Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2) serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and supports all security activities and operations. The analyst collaborates across multiple locations to ensure compliance with government and company regulations and execute key security milestones. Responsibilities Support a fast‑paced, high‑profile program; create, maintain, and leverage relationships with internal and external customers. Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures. Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Manage program security compliance and operations, including SCIF/SAPF administration, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Contract Security, Security Education, Investigations, Visitor Control, and Document Control. Develop and implement a security education and awareness program. Conduct internal security audits; investigate violations and prepare preventive action reports. Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities according to the Security Statements of Work, DD Form 254, and DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications. Assist program managers in interpreting, applying, and complying with Security Classification Guides (SCG). Provide personnel security support, including reviewing and processing documentation for SCI and SAP nominations, maintaining databases, and administering program indoctrination and debriefings. Provide facility security administration, SOP implementation, and conduct SCI and SAP security program self‑inspections. Support Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) construction projects, including obtaining customer accreditation per SCI and SAP DoD manuals. Maintain UL‑2050 compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS). Perform duties of a Top‑Secret Control Officer (TSCO) when required and maintain accountability of classified materials. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience—or Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Active U.S. Government DoD Top‑Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval(s) prior to onboarding. Knowledge of CFR 32 Part 117 (NISPOM); JAFAN, DoDM 5205.07, ICDs; DoD manuals and related security requirements. Experience with desktop computers and Microsoft Office products. Detail‑oriented, meticulous record‑keeping, and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases and spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications Contractor Program Security Officer experience in a SCIF or SAPF. DCID 6/4 or ICD 704 eligibility in DISS Active. TS/SCI with a current polygraph. Experience with SIMS and/or government security databases. Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 – $113,800.00 Benefits Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
