VP, Global Lead HPE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Global Lead HPE based in Germany. This is a high-impact global leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a multi-billion-dollar technology partnership across regions and business units. You will define and execute a long-term transformation strategy that elevates the portfolio toward higher-value solutions across cloud, networking, data, AI, security, data center, and services. Operating at executive level within a complex global matrix organization, you will align regional leaders, vendor stakeholders, and internal teams around a unified growth vision. The role demands strong commercial acumen, strategic foresight, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies. You will act as the key driver of global execution consistency while adapting strategies to regional market realities. This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship global vendor relationship with significant revenue responsibility and long-term strategic influence.
