Supervise staff to whom care is delegated and contribute to unit-level care delivery and resource management. Monitor patient status, implement care plans, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the charge nurse or unit leadership. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and to support ongoing competency and safety initiatives. Maintain clinical proficiency and compliance with infection control and facility policies; participate in performance improvement activities as needed. Requirements Experience in IMCU/PCU/Stepdown or similar step-down settings is preferred. Ability to work the night shift schedule (1900–0730) on a 3x12-hour basis. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-care documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate care for patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Willingness to complete onboarding procedures, including traveler badge issuance as required by the facility HR department.
