Fitness Marketing Coordinator In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time Position Overview CELSIUS is seeking a Fitness Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day operations of the Fitness Marketing function across the CELSIUS portfolio. This role will play a critical support function across partnerships, activations, product logistics, administrative processes, and team coordination to help ensure programs run efficiently and effectively. The coordinator will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Fitness Marketing and cross-functional teams to support partnership execution, event logistics, product shipments, invoicing, budget tracking, and organizational management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, passionate about fitness and brand marketing, and eager to grow within the marketing and partnerships space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, administrative coordination, or related roles; internships applicable Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint Experience coordinating logistics, budgets, invoices, or vendor communications preferred Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred Preferred Characteristics Passion for fitness, wellness, and culture-driven marketing Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow within brand marketing and partnerships Comfortable handling both strategic support tasks and administrative responsibilities What Success Looks Like Fitness marketing programs and partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently Administrative processes including invoicing, shipments, and tracking systems are accurate, organized, and timely Cross-functional teams and external partners receive consistent communication and support Activations and partnership logistics are well-coordinated and operationally sound The Fitness Marketing team operates more efficiently due to strong organizational and project support The coordinator becomes a trusted and reliable partner across the team and organization Key Responsibilities Support the execution of fitness marketing partnerships, activations, and campaigns across the CELSIUS portfolio Assist with day-to-day management of partnership logistics, including product shipments, gifting, event support, schedules, and communications Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, budget tracking, and payment processing for partnerships, vendors, and agencies Maintain organization of marketing calendars, activation timelines, and project trackers Assist in planning and execution of fitness events, brand activations, and partner experiences Coordinate product seeding and shipment logistics for ambassadors, trainers, influencers, gyms, and partners Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication and follow-through on deliverables Support the development of presentations, recap decks, meeting notes, and internal reporting documents Track partnership deliverables and assist with collecting performance metrics and post-event recaps Monitor fitness and wellness trends, competitive activity, and emerging partnership opportunities Provide general administrative and operational support to the Fitness Marketing team as needed Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services Base pay range: The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
