Leasing Consultant We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leasing experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step in and help wherever needed. This role is perfectfor someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and is committed to providing exceptional service to residents. Key Responsibilities Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process. Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Assist with lease renewals, resident retention efforts, and community events. Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management systems. Support the property management team with daily operations and administrative tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a go-getter mentality. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Professional appearance and ability to maintain a business professional dress code. Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PMSunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PMWe are looking for a team player who is ready to contribute, provide exceptional resident experiences, and grow within a professional property management environment.
