True North Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced In Home Caregivers to provide quality support for elderly individuals, patients with disabilities, and general in-home care clients across Omaha, Fremont, Lincoln, and rural Nebraska. Caregivers will play a vital role in enhancing clients’ daily living by offering personalized attention, assistance with mobility and medication, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tailored to individual client needs
• Assist with medication management and reminders
• Support mobility and physical movement
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor client safety and well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members
• Document care activities and client progress accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in home caregiving

High School Diploma or equivalent
