Mike's Hot Wings & Such has been feeding Collierville since 2014. We're a family-owned spot known across the Memphis area, and we get busy — game days, weekend nights, big catering orders. We're small enough that everybody's work shows, and we take care of the people who show up and put in.

### What You'll Do

- Work the line during service — cook orders correctly and get them out fast

- Handle prep before the rush: portioning, breading, sauces, stocking your station

- Run fryers, ovens, and grills safely and keep them clean

- Follow food safety and sanitation standards on every shift

- Break down and clean your station at close

- Help with catering and large orders when they come in

### What We're Looking For

- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred — fry station experience is a big plus

- Someone who moves fast and stays organized when the tickets stack up

- Reliable: shows up on time, ready to work

- Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

- Available nights and weekends (that's when we're busiest)

- Food handler's permit, or willing to get one

- Must be 18+

**No experience?** If you're fast, coachable, and dependable, we'll train you.
