Conduct thorough reviews to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, offering guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Act as a liaison and point of contact for ethics-related questions and issues. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing incoming communications, delegating tasks to ethics specialists, and scheduling meetings. Work collaboratively with senior leaders, legal counsel, and ethics representatives to support program goals. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, briefings, and educational resources to promote awareness of ethics policies and foster a culture of ethical compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ethics-related records, as well as preparation of reports and audits as needed.**You Have:*** 5+ years of experience in communications* Experience contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, and team-oriented environment* Experience managing complex administrative tasks and balancing competing priorities* Ability to effectively work with external stakeholders in a professional environment* Ability to explain complex regulations and procedures to a wide range of stakeholders* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build partnerships across various groups* Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics**Nice If You Have:*** Possession of excellent organizational skills* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills**Vetting:**Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
