Job Description:
A reputable North Houston Testosterone and Weight Loss practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative medical team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up care related to hormone therapy, weight loss, and general wellness
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Utilize proprietary treatment protocols in a customer service-focused environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of TRT and Weight loss experience
• Active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
• DEA license (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Experience handling in-house lab procedures
• Technologically proficient with EMR systems
• Ability to manage operations and staff in a small clinical environment

Pay Transparency Statement:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000 annually ($52.88 – $62.50/hour), not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. The range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
