Warehouse Associate

Paid Time Off (PTO) Essential Job Functions: Consistently at work and on time with overtime required at peaks Picking, packaging, and scanning of orders accurately Utilization of computer, WMS systems and/or hand-held computers to receive/process daily tasks Processing, shipping, and auditing of orders Receive, unload, place, and audit inventory appropriately Complete inspections as required, utilizing confirmation samples Stocking and restocking bin locations Performing multiple tasks within warehouse environment that could vary daily, weekly, or monthly as assigned by Team Leader or Manager Ability to cross-train in other areas Maintains safe and clean work environment by sweeping, dusting and mopping to keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and clean Ability to push/pull/lift up to 45 pounds Associates are required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend at the waist, stoop, reach, grab, push/pull with hands/arms for 8 to 10 hours per day Ability to be trained to safely operate WAVE lift equipment to place stock in racks Ability to work individually as required and stay focused to complete tasks Strong Quality and Customer Focus ensuring that order deadlines and customer needs are met All other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills and Abilities: High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months warehouse experience preferred but not required Working knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented Reliability and dependability are essential Ability to read, comprehend and retain work-related information Ability to work well with others and to contribute to the overall success of the team Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers, teammates, etc. Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
